Practice areas related to bankruptcy and liquidation include:
· Serving as bankruptcy administrator/member of liquidation teams as specified by the People’s courts of PRC
· Advising companies, reorganizers, shareholders and other stakeholders on corporate reorganization
· Filing bankruptcy application on behalf of creditors, debtors and other legal entities to courts
· Filing compulsory liquidation application on behalf of shareholders and creditors to courts
· Participating in bankruptcy and compulsory liquidation proceedings as legal advisor for creditors and other rights holders
· Serving as legal counsel of a liquidation committee designated by shareholders and liquidation committee
· Participating in risk disposal of securities companies, trust companies and other financial institutions as delegated by PRC regulators
